  1. Well here I am again with another question. My dvd burner won't play movies on my computer, but it will burn dvds??? It is saying that I need a DVD Decoder, is there a free decoder that anyone knows of or a fix it program from Microsoft or something. If you know of something, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
  2. Ok, so I bought this software, it is only the CD with a cd holder thing. So is this version an OEM version or what. So if it is or isn't, what does it mean. Like does it limit what I can do, etc... Because my parents already have Microsoft Office Pro 2003 but in a retail box, I was able to load it on a few computers, like 3-5. Will my OEM version only load on one computer once. or what??? Thanks for your time and input.
  3. So I have a Dell with XP Home, I would like to upgrade to XP Pro. Now I am assuming that my Dell came with an OEM version of XP Home. Since to do a Reformat I have to do it within the system, pressing the ctrl f11 or something like that, no disk needed. Now do I need to buy the full version of XP Pro, or can I buy the upgrade version. And also do I have to uninstall the XP Home edition that come with my computer? I'm am a little confused with what needs ot be done, as far as which version ot purchase along with how to exactly do it, since it is an OEM.
