How do you defrag the hard drive and what is a good antispyware program? I already have antivirus so I'm good on that.

Slow Running Game I don't know much about computers. I have a computer running on windows xp with a 1.35 GHz AMD Duron prossessor , a 120GB harddrive and 608Mb RAM. I've been playing SimCity 3000 and it is very slow. I have it set on the fastest speed and it takes 30-45 seconds for a day to pass. The recommended System Requirements are: Windows 95 or 98 233 MHz Pentium processor or faster 8x or faster CD-ROM drive 4 MB Graphics Card, 16-bit color capable - DirectX 6 Certified 16-bit Sound card - DirectX 6 Certified 230 MB free hard disk space plus room for saving. Any advice will be helpful and remember I'm not at all knowledgable about computers so Keep It Simple and it's problally not something too difficult.
