  1. Well if your Regtweak.reg file is in the $OEM$ folder then this part of your start.cmd should read: ECHO. ECHO Applying Registry Tweaks... REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\RegTweaks.reg instead of: ECHO. ECHO Applying Registry Tweaks... REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\install\RegTweaks.reg
  2. You stated that you had your regtweaks.reg file in the $OEM$ folder but shouldn't it be in the install folder? ECHO. ECHO Applying Registry Tweaks... REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\install\RegTweaks.reg
