I have lost my ability to access the help and support function on my computer. I have tried various things and nothing works. I have accessed my helpsvc (I'm going on memory) as suggested by one professional and nothing. I have looked and do have a help folder within the windows folder. Is there a way to just reload my help files? What can I do to get my help back?
