Ok, Can you suggest other things to check? I'll cross the lack of HelpAssistant off the possible cause list. Unfortunately, I have crossed everything else I know off list already. I simply do not know have to fix this problem. I would upload files if I had any idea which file(s) could be causing this. Thnaks.

I thought I had read that HelpAssistant was needed for Remote Desktop. I do not use your scripts. All that I knowing do to remote desktop is a registry tweak, [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server] "fDenyTSConnections"=dword:00000000 to enable remote desktop. This works on the other laptops. I do not delete any user accounts. So, anything that I am doing to disable is an accident. I noticed HelpAssistant was gone and googled it. I may have misread it, but I thought all the articles agreed it was necessary. All I really know is I can not conect to it through remote desktop or assistant. It can connect to other machines. Firewall is turned off, I checked twice. I am not sure what to look at next. Thanks for any help.

I am having an issue with a RIS install of Windows XP Tablet edition. The HelpAssistant account is not being created. Without that account Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance both fail. This is the first Tablet install I have done, and I have no idea where to look. The three Windows XP Pro laptops I have done work fine, the account is included. Ideas?
