    has someone a explanation why the (IExpress-repacked with /silent) dxsetup from directx_9c_redist, run during a [b]W2K pro[/b] install (using SVCPACK.inf), installs somehow a [b]XP[/b] version (which is the cause of the USER32/GDI32 entry point pb, I suppose) ??

    Hi, it seems that the 20 AUG 2005 version doesnt call the SETVARS part (but :XPCPRVAR instead?) in XPCREATE.CMD and therefore doesnt set the STARTSWITCH variable, which has a desastrous effect on the START cmd sequence...
