  1. Ooops ! Someone asked the same thing : http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?s=&amp...st&p=627587 Sorry !
  2. A command line version of nLite Would it be conceivable a command line version of nLite ? nLite without GUI, just the config file, in order to run it hidden or with minimalist progression window ? Good idea isn't it ?
  3. AND NOW THE SOLUTION In WINDOWS\system32\ there' is occache.dll, which MUST be present (and it is) to allow registering of extmgr.dll, the famous file which allows to open the Manage Add-ons window. BUT the version of the present occache.dll is 6.0.2900.2180, used by IE6, and the real version must be 7.0.5730.11, which is the version of the file in the package of IE7. Why did I find a v6 in system32 instead of v7 ?? The problem is NOT from nLite, but from me : I modified some icons in occache.dll, and I reused the same file with IE7: I've forgotten to change icons in the new occache.dll.... I hope everything's okay because I'm french and not sur my English is pefect .... Sorry for all the posts ..... but now it's SOLVED !
  4. After changing order of integration this is the same: impossible to open "Manage add-ons" window. - I've tried in VMWare Workstation to uninstall everything: hotfix, Framework, WMP11 Java etc ..... Ther's NOTHING installed on my machine, and I can't open this #%@-/§:: window ! - After Reseting configuration of IE7: idem ! I don't know what to do now to open "Manage add-ons"! Is ther any body in the world with the same problem ??? -------------------------------------------------- MESSAGE REEDITED A FEW MINUTES LATER: system32/extmgr.dll is not properly registered ! This file is included in IE7 pack, but is NOT registered when IE7 is installed. If I try ro register extmgr.dll, it does not work, but if I try to register the same file in the uncompressed directory of IE7 originel Package, it works fine, my "Manage Add-ons" appears ! So I understand extmgr.dll NEEDS another file in the same directory of itself to be properly registered and to work.... to be continued ... see you soon
