Hi yes you have a genuine OEM Disk but what you might have to do is what I had to do and that was phone microsoft .com if you are in usa or microsoft.co.uk , in uk or usa contact customer services and they will help you and tell you how to go about it. if you go to their web site and look how to contact them their phone numbers will come up.
