Oh! And other programs I can not install too??

When I installing windows server 2003 SP1 it just unarhives and when begins installation nithing happens

It hangs on Applying computer settings. I just find that problem is at services! But i dont`t know what service!! Now I gona find step by step!

I have windows 2003 server. All the time it worked good, but now it loads wery, wery, wery, wery, wery, wery slowly - 1h. Any ideas? On this server runs DHCP server. If I run on safe mode without LAN it starts normaly, but if with LAN, then starts it 1 h What to do?? Sorry about my bad language!!!?
