how can i load .bin files to my bootloader menu?

hai guys,am new here & i need your help to complete my Muti-boot CD.I read lot of topic in MSFN forum about creating unattended windows installation & muti boot CD. I follows Windows XP SP1 guide posted here to make my Muti boot CD with win98, hiren's boot CD & windows XP pro SP2.Hirence boot CD & 98 works fine in my multi boot CD,but when i select windowsXP i got error message like this whatz wrong with me???i need your help guys

can any one upload a copy of NTLDR for me! Am using XP+SP2 unattended..
