Hi I am getting hundreds of errors in the event viewer all pertaining to: Application Popup Event ID 333 It’s a little worrying, can anyone shed any light on what this is and how to fix it? Please thank you

I’m looking for a way to close and re-open Outlook 2000 using a .vbs script (by close I mean remove from the active processes list) The reason for this is because Outlook 2000 seems to become “constipated” when trying to send e-ails occasionally (they get clogged up in the Outbox) – I want a script that a user can run on their local machine to kill Outlook, and then restart it automatically. FTP Server v Web Portal - Opinions I’m in the process of developing a method of sharing files over the internet; I currently have two strategies on how to set this up. Firstly we have the trusty FTP server, I know how these work and I have set one up before. However a friend of mine has suggested that instead of an FTP server I should use a ‘web portal’ to get access to my files remotely. Security is a great concern as the files I am sharing belong to a company that has to maintain tight controls over its data it holds. Could someone please explain to me what a web portal actually is, its level of security it offers and any benefits over an FTP server it may hold as I REALLY can’t decide… Thank you

I have had a long play with the advanced permission for the folders that I am trying to keep in the same place to no avail. -- I seem to be able to set it to logically what you would think would stop users from moving files, only to find that they CAN move the folders, when they do they become the "Owner" of the folder and all of the folder permission are set back to the standard set. This is still really bugging me (after about a week’s) PELASE – can any one offer any ideas on the problem?

Folder Permissions (Moving) I’m looking for a way to stop user moving folders on a publicly assessable drive hosted on a Windows 2003 file server but still have full access to the files inside, iv been tinkering all morning to no avail, can any one help? thx Dredz
