Hello ,I use Windows Xp SP2 and I use Internet explorer. not nilted

Last week I downloaded Wpi It Run Without Errors, I change something in the installer,Then The Error show with me ,I delete it and Redownload and error show with me also ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I can do now ?? -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I Open It on My Friend Computer, It Run Without Problems But on My computer not Open ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I Do Now ??

What is the solution ??
