i have the same problem now. when ever i try to open the windows firewall settings it says..."Windows Firewall settings cat be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/ Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) serivce?" What does that mean? Whats the associated program? Someoe please help me. Thanks.
