just to let everyone know it was my built in graphics causing the problem apparently they aren't directx9, and so buying a dx9 graphics card solved the problem mce 2005 requires a directx9 card to function. period.

please, i am also having this problem of the video only displaying when i resize the window constantly i've managed to get wmp10 to display fine both normal and in fullscreen i've tried different codecs, but no change, and i'm sure that's not the problem i think it's to do with the video overlay settings somewhere else than wmp10, is there anywhere else to adjust these settings, like the registry? i've got onboard unichrome ii graphics with an amd64 3000+ newcastle please help as me as i'm going mad! reapsos
