  1. Just like the topic states, I want to force Vista to use ACPI. I have to press f5 at the beginning of Windows XP installation to select ACPI PC; otherwise, the installation hangs. When I try to install Vista upgrade, I get BSOD and "Stop: 0x0000005C (0x0000010B, 0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x0000000)". I think that Vista can't recognize my computer as ACPI compliant even though it is so I want to force it to use ACPI HAL either by an unattended file or by some action during the installation. My computer: A7n8x dlx, ATI AIW 9000 Pro, 512MB Ram, Athlon XP 2600+
  2. I have limewire pro and the following method works for me. I use a winrar self extracting archive to copy the .limewire folder and a blank shared folder contained in C:\Documents and Settings\Username. After that, just install limewire with /S. I don't know how do it via nlite or any other method but this way is pretty easy. Edit: I have my Windows XP CD set to auto set up and log on to my username so you may want to use %alluserprofiles% or something similar if you don't the CD set up your username. If you do set up your user name with the CD, the .limewire folder must be copied to the system drive after your user name is set up but before limewire installs. Best wishes.
