    b0r3d, i solved the same problem with photoshop 7. create a new RGB file and do not change into an indexed colours file. do your picture. menu -> save as internet select gif and 256 colours. close photoshop and convert the gif into bmp using acdsee like tool and it's ok. Photoshop doesn't like bmp file !! MGFF
