I wanna hide MY folders from another user on my account. is there a way to do so with the exception for Hidden trait?

ok i got a few M2V files. (there a type of video file) but I can't see to find a driver for it so i can watch the videos in wimp. i also rnu windows xp pro 5.1 build 2600 SP2.

well i did reformat before i isntalled windows Xp pro sp2. so i got rid fo home sp1. then norton partition magtic 8.05 refuses to load window after i made a partition (i have no clue why) so i did a reinstall and stuff. the cd NMAy have been slipstreamed am not totally sure. not sure if that would be a factor. my pc is an eck-machine a OS:(WinXP Professional 5.1 Service Pack 2 (Build #2600)) ¤ ¤ CPU:(1 CPU - AMD Athlon XP 2200+ (T-Bred), 1.79 GHz, L1: 64KB L2: 256KB ram i am running a pc3100 512 thou my board is only pc2100 btu that never gave me any problems bu searching ok i will try pretend you are looking in your folder looking for a spciefic file or folder withint it. but when you go to click on another folder to bring it up it just basically doesn't load but your pc tells you that it is working to get that folder open.

i have spybot AND ad aware ANd i use kaspersky AV. i just ran each of them and there is nothing and yes i am all up to date as well

ok sometimes when i am searching through my folder. i go to click on the next folder explorer just about locks up meaning i can't bring up start menu nor click anything in my toolbar or taskbar. my HDD activity light lightd up like the fourth of july and sometimes it completly locks my pc up but everything still runs. this suaulyl happens for a few minutes. I am Also runnign windows pro pro sp2. i NEVER had this problem with windows xp Home sp1.

unsure how to really say what the problem is. but I can't sign into msn messanger, Hotmail or any thign that including you going to a secure sight to login to. the only thign i really did before this was install a secrity update or well my computer did. room mate turn on auto update and auto install. so that went fine it rebooted. it scared th crap out of me condering that i was asleep and my pc is right next to me so when i heard the shut down noise i shot awake. but Yea is thsi a windows problem? also i am running windows Xp pro SP2...
