  1. honestly i didn't understand your procedure =( I think that all files i tried (recover my email, inbox replair, ..., ...) can't recognise the files (the 2 original .pst and the .pst created by exporting command) because they're "compressible encrypted". Could it be? I read that the key should be on registry, but i formatted, so i'm afraid i lost it. Is there any way to "hack" it or something like that?obviouly i already tried almost all password recovery tool for pst files, but i don't have to get a pass, i need to decrypt the "compressible encrypt" s***
  2. i used the filename of the default one. dind't work. it gets me crazy since no program can open the file, not even a small percentage of it... how is it possible? =((((((((((
  3. i quote from that page: << The format of MS Outlook mail archives (*.pst) is protected by Microsoft. Therefore, in MailNavigator, *.pst files can be accessed only indirectly, with the help of Outlook-OLE. In effect, a search of messages in Outlook folders is achieved by Outlook's own resources. To access a PST file, this file must be accessible from MS Outlook as a mail folder. It must be available for opening not only as an external file, but must be directly accessible in MS Outlook. In this case, MailNavigator will find the list of MS Outlook folders and the necessary folder can be loaded, or used for a message search. >> i tried it yesterday and obviously it didn't work, since outlook can't open it.
  4. already tried all of them. I could understand that the .pst file i used on old outlook 2003 could not work, but why the exported file can't be loaded neither from recovery tool? the fact that i exported to same file the personal folder and archive folder was so a big mistake?
  5. Hello, i used outlook 2003 until yesterday, when i formated. Before format, i saved Outlook.pst file to a cdr. I reinstalled the same version of outlook (2003), i substituted the Outlook.pst file created with my backuped one (unchecking the read only properties from file). That didn't work: when i launch outlook, it says that can't open file. Ok, then i try import it doing file, import, personal folder file: it says that the file is not a personal folder file (1). Before format i did more: i exported my personal folder to a file. the problem is that i exported to same file the archive folders too. When i try to import on the reinstalled outlook this file (containing personal folder and archive folders) it says the same as (1). Is there any chance i can get my mails back? any tool? =( Thanks in advance for any reply
  6. hello, i have a wireless card tha doesn't support new wpa setting installed with sp2 (windowxp). The details are there: http://support.intel.com/support/wireless/...b/cs-010574.htm As the page says, seems there is no way to use the card with sp2. Wondering if there is chance to disable that wpa option to get the card working on sp2. Thanks in advance for any eventual replies. Bye
