    Our kiosk machine is not connect thru the internet.. it is connected over a leased line... which it can communicate to all branches.. i'm still not quite sure what causes the problem....

    Hi ppls... In our organization we used a kiosk machine.. sort of an ATM machine where customers can get info about their savings or about the organization... A few weeks ago, our kiosk machine had a problem... it runs on Windows NT 4.0.. so we decided to reinstall the option pack 4.. then an error message pops up.. The message reads: "Create Instance, 0x8007000d The data is invalid" We're not sure what's wrong with it or what causes it... so i'm seeking for help to solve this problem.. pls contact us at tap5@brunet.bn...
