Hi Guys I carry alot of important private files on my laptop, what can I do to prevent people accessing it, I have a windows password and also a BIOs boot up password Is there more I can do to prevent this Thanks

Hi all I have a friend who has a small business with 2 Pc's both Xp and 1 mac, I need a way to monitor all internet traffic on these 3 machines, Is there any osftware out there that I can install on 1 of the XP machines that can monitor all traffic? They just use a normal DSL router as their gateway Thanks

I have tried both ps2 and also USB mice and keyboards

Ok My pc is booting fine the keyobard works fine in the BIOS and aldo if I boot to a BART PE boot disk, I have rebuilt a test system on a difefrnt disk and both the mouse and keyboard work fine, I Have tried to boot in safe mode but still no mouse or keyboard, I have ran a repair by booting with the windows XP disk and still no joy, how can I get back my mouse and keyboard ?? __________________

HI there I have a Windows XP Pro CD that I got from a Friend which has SP2 slimstemed into it and also all updates up to April of this year, I have tired to create a fully unattned CD using the I386 folder from this cD but when I use Nlite it says the I386 is the incorrect folder, What I want to do is use this CD and also then create a Full DVD that will have Office and Windows, Adobe, and a few more application and have this fully unattened Is there alot of work in creating this DVD Long term it will save loads of MAn hours rebuiding Pc's for myself Thanks guys

Ok I have got my hands on a DEll Cerc 1.5/6CH controller and have downloaded the managment software for windows for it but when i run the software it says no contoller connected, I have also tried to use the dell software and I get the same error ? Does anyone know whats Wrong? As when the PC is booting up I can see the CARD in Dos I can also see the card listed in Windows Device manager I can get in The DOs settings for the card but would love to be able to monitor the disk using a Windows Managemt screen
