  1. Well, I tried it both ways and it doesn't work
  2. During the install I thought I edited my Components in my winn.sif file correctly so Windows will not install the following programs, but it didn't work: MSNexplorer, MSN messenger, and Outlook Express during setup. Here is my Winn.sif, Do you see anything wrong or needed so I will be able to? Great appreciation to all ;SetupMgrTag [Data] AutoPartition=1 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=No TargetPath=\WINDOWS Repartition=Yes [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword="$" EncryptedAdminPassword=NO AutoLogon=Yes AutoLogonCount=1 OEMSkipRegional=1 TimeZone=20 OemSkipWelcome=1 [userData] ProductKey=$ FullName="$" OrgName="TRRA" ComputerName=W-EFM* [Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes [shell] DefaultStartPanelOff = Yes DefaultThemesOff = Yes [Components] msmsgs = off msnexplr = off OEaccess = off [WindowsFirewall] Profiles = WindowsFirewall.TurnOffFirewall [WindowsFirewall.TurnOffFirewall] Mode = 0
  3. Whenever you create your Winn.sif file just leave the Reg. key empty and it will prompt you to enter that certain key. It therefore is only semi-unattended install.
  4. I checked the ref. file under components....Anybody know what the code is that I have to add to my answer file to complete this action. Thanks to all in advance
  5. Thanks to all, I switched to MS Virt. PC and works
  6. Thanks THEE BEETS
