  1. Hi, I can't use [save As ...] in MS Office to a network drive. However, I can open it in that network drive and save it. I can also [save As ...] to desktop, then drag & drop to that network drive. Is that strange? The error said either the directory is not accessible or it is password protected. My pc is running XP Pro with Firewall disabled. The remote pc is running Win ME with a directory, said temp, shared with password protected. (Remark: I think it's not related with password protected or not. Because it's not worked even the directory has no password protected.) Can anybody help me? Moreover, I tried to map another network drive in a pc running XP Pro. I can [save As ...] the doc if the directory has no password protected. But I can't even access it if it has password protected.
