  1. RIS and Intel PRO revisited

    I've dealt with a lot of the issues betwee RIS and Intel NICs in the past, but this one is stubborn. I'm using Intel D915GAG boards with onboard 10/100, which I can only assume is an Intel Proxxx by the drivers listed. None of the Proxxx drivers, modified e100b325.inf files or guidelines for modifying the header in the inf to escape parser problems helps. The best progress I've made is that the driver is recognized but RIS hits a BSOD after "Loading Windows...". Any ideas?

  2. RIS RIPRep image problem

    Unlike with older Windows revisions, when WinXP SP2 is Sysprepped or Riprepped, the process overwrites the default user profile with the local admin profile. If you make all of your desktop changes as local admin before riprepping, it will copy your changes over to the default user automatically.
