  1. Hi, so here is what i have done: i have created a xp sp2 slipstream structure and i am upgrading windows 2000 pro to xp pro using the GPO method. I have set the winnt32.msi to look at an answer file which works wonders except for 2 things: the first one is, once all the files are copied over and the upgrade is about to commence, the following window appears: Windows XP Professional Upgrade and it has a next box on there. Is there any way that i can get rid of this box? The other thing is i am still being prompted for regional settings when i have specified that i dont want them changed, because group policy can take care of them along with many other settings. (this is going across a domain network) here is a copy of my answer file: --------------------------------------------------------------- ;SetupMgrTag [Data] AutoPartition=1 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [unattended] NTupgrade=Yes UnattendMode=ProvideDefault OemPreinstall=No TargetPath=WINNT DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore OemSkipEula=Yes DisableDynamicUpdates=Yes OEMSkipRegional=1 [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword=<> EncryptedAdminPassword=Yes OEMSkipRegional=1 TimeZone=255 OEMSkipWelcome=1 [userData] ProductID=<> FullName="ABF" OrgName="ABF" [Display] Xresolution=800 YResolution=600 [RegionalSettings] LanguageGroup=1 [identification] JoinDomain=oam.local [Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes [branding] BrandIEUsingUnattended=Yes [Proxy] Proxy_Enable=0 Use_Same_Proxy=0 --------------------------------------------------------------- As far as the regional settigns go is it still appearing because of the double entry in the answer file? But as for the Upgrade screen that appears, any ideas would be mucly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jason
