Thanks goodness! I was having the same problem and for the same reason. I was trying to reduce my image size by scripting the deletion of the page file just prior to running Sysprep. It SEEMED like a good idea... As for the constant re-boot problem that CEEZ mentioned....change your Hard Drive Controller to "Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller" before running Sysprep. Also make sure that ACPI is enabled in BIOS on both your Master computer and your Target computer.
