I just had this problem with my new 64 bit computer. It was my RAM. I had dual channel RAM on and two of the four sticks were not exactly the same speed. I had two DDR2700 and two DDR3200. I could only use two instead of four. Hope this helps....

I want to place in the BIOS (if possible) a 'serial number' to ID that computer as owned by my business. Is that possible? If so, HOW and WHERE?
