    We had the same problem. There is a registry fix HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SECUREPIPESERVERS\WINREG Add the LOCAL SERVICE group and give it READ permissions. adding the Everyone group with read permissions will work too. Bob
