hi everybody iam using the windows deploy utility to make my winnt.sif now after creating the file i copied it to i386 folder and tried to install the windows to test from my hard drive but the windows asks for all the infos and serial!! whats wrong??

Hello I have made my Runeonce.cmd file and now i want to ask about something I will use the windows xp deploy utility to make the winnt.sif file and there is an option in the deploy utility asks about if I want to run a command after the first logon so can i put the path of my runonce.cmd in that so after the first login runonce will install my programs??

For your 1st question, I have no idea what youre asking... what script file? 2nd ?- yes, it is possible, using the $OEM$ folder simpy allows particular files to be automatically copied over early on of your install. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> thanx for reply i mean after selecting what i want to install in runonce it saves a file...what should i do with that file?

Ok now after using runonceex and creating the script file what will i do with this file after that?? and my second question..i have an unattended winxp from one of my friends..this cd doesn't have any $OEM$ folder!!is this possible??

thanx for your reply...i have installed xplode but i can't run it!!! runonce seems easy for me but will it make a silent installer??i mean after installing windows everything will be installed in the first login or it will install the progs after the ist login?? thanx

Hello everybody One of my friends sent me a winxp pro cd and he told me to install it..after installing this version i found that it is modded..it comes with the FULL norton, the latest msn messenger, all windowns animations "like the copying animation" are enhanced and all icons, sounds and alot of things..all codecs are installed..media player 9..a new login screen and new boot screen!! my question is how to mod a winxp installation source to make it like this one??any tutoriols will be gr8.. thanx in advance here are some screen shots of the winxp SPIRIT
