Hi,
I'm stuck here..
I created a config.xml and ran setup using the /config parameter (setup.exe /config config.xml)
The installation looks ok - no errors - installs just fine, but, it always installs as default.
If I set every option to absent it wil still do a default installation.
Hope someone can help, can't seem to find any info on this one!
I used the following site as information source:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179042.aspx
My config.xml:

Setup(*).txt" />

Hi,
I cannot seem to find information on how to define a WSUS server for Dynamic Update (While installing Vista unattended)
I added this to my unattend.xml:
<DynamicUpdate>
<Enable>false</Enable>
</DynamicUpdate>According to this (http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsVista/en/library/5a3f8d70-c5fc-42bf-be97-cbd66e6fe61c1033.mspx?mfr=true) technet page, it should be possible: "You can use Windows Server Update Services or a system management solution to cause Dynamic Update to use a server you configure instead of the Windows Update Web site.".
But I cannot seem to find any information on how to do this..
Has someone already tried someting like this?

I think it's a driver problem, have you added/removed drivers?
Have you already tried rebuilding a BartPE without adding/removing drivers? if so, does the problem remain?

@Martin Zugec
How long does it actually take to detect the network card?
I also use VPC 2004 Sp1 and it takes about 35 sec. to detect the network card.

Did you already try to make an INF-cache to speed things up a bit?

Hi,
I tried installing Longhorn unattended (build 5084) but I get this error:
"Error while parsing the unattended file"
I use a modified "unattend_example.xml" file which worked with build 4074.
Did anyone succesfully install Longhorn build 5084 unattended?

Hi, I tried booting BartPE from Windows 2003 RIS server. It boots, but I get a blue screen (0xBB 0x3 - Failure while sending the DHCP IOCTL to TCP.) :S The test system was a Dell OptiPlex GX280. I added drivers using this article: http://wug.lutteman.se/articles/ris-add-nic.htm. Anybody has an idea how to fix this?
