    Appreciate the quick reply Sunny. The whole problem is that the "systems" folder does not exist.

    I'm stuck on "disabling shutdown tracker" in your article on page 6. I do not have a "systems folder" under Computer configuration >Administrative Templates. I'm running a Intel 2.53Mhz P4 with 1024M RAM, and 80G Hard drive. Tried two different versions of Enterprise and cannot disable the shutdown tracker. Any suggestions?
