@T_D: i believe you are mistaken. Disk 1 of r2 is a standard 2K3 SP1 slipstream. Disk 2 contains all the extra R2 goodness. What the OP wanted, was a way to merge the two disks. Now: I'ts been a while since i last checked. But shouldn't copying the files off both disks onto HD in the same folder do the trick? And then you burn a new CD (including bootsector) from that folder. Simple in theory, atleast... --martin

Or, just have a .reg or .inf that changes HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\shell to %ProgramFiles%\bblean\blackbox.exe this is how I do it anyway (exept I have blackbox.exe in system32, so I only say blackbox.exe), and what blackbox.exe -install does.
