Hi guys I install full Nero 6.6.0.8 on my system then copy folders and files that needed to my unattended XP installation, so on the new install system Nero are simply copy to hardrive. The result is I can burn DVDs, CDs just as normal (I am using this method for about 2 months without problems, I applied Force ASPI 1.7 as well). But the only thing I am wondering is when I use NeroInfoTool to check my ASPI driver, it says Nero ASPI doesnot install, is there any way to get around this? What .dll file is for Nero ASPI? Is it so important, but I did not see any problem with burning without it!! Thanks.

I also copy the nero folder and audio plugins to the right places (I need these sometimes), but then check ASPI with Nero InfoTool I have error SYSTEM ASPI: ASPI is installed and working properly (I patch with ForceASPI 1.7) Nero ASPI: ASPI is not installed!!! (I am sure I have WNASPI32.dll in Nero folder) Is there any way to fix this, e.g. registry fix? Cause with full install of Nero, and applying ForceASPI 1.7, everything is fine SYSTEM ASPI: ASPI is installed and working properly Nero ASPI: ASPI is installed and working properly Is it so important to get Nero ASPI working? Hi guys, I installed nero 6.6.0.3 on one of my laptop, then copy only the necessary part (e.g. Nero folder) for my burning tasks only. However, after copy this folder to a new clean unttended install XP SP2, and applying ForceASPI 1.7, then I use the Nero InfoTool to check the ASPI on my system, I got: SYSTEM ASPI: ASPI is installed and working properly Nero ASPI: ASPI is not installed!!! I am sure that the WnASPI32.dll is in my Nero folder. When I reinstall the Nero (full install), the problem fixed!! Can some one show me what should I do? Cause I dont want to install the whole lot whence I only want to burn CDs and DVDs. Cheers.
