Yeah, I just noticed that. The window has to be open on the other monitor, and I need to click on it first. Then, when I press the Start button on my keyboard, it opens there. But like you said, a window needs to be active for it to work. If I click on the desktop (backgrounp/wallpaper) instead and press the Start button, it still opens on the primary monitor—it doesn’t recognize clicking on the other desktop as a way to open it there.
