It's an ASUS laptop S513A, cheers. To be fair the messages are a bit random 'Battery status 47% available, plugged in. Smart charging on'. (Standard tray icon with MyASUS enabling the smart charge). I may be slightly paraphrasing. I can screenshot if you really want (badly, with Snipping Tool haha).

Completely disabling the Enhanced Toolbar works with the battery icon. It's a bit nuclear for one tray icon, but I simply dislike it. It also shows the smart charge as a percentage of the smart charge percentage (e.g. it says 100% smart charged when the charge is 80% when it's set at 80%. The default battery icon hover says it's fully smart charged at 80% capacity. A subtle difference, but added to the icon my preference is to 'stay nuclear') Couldn't seem to quote the part of the response that replied to mine (even tried multiquote, maybe I'm using it wrong lol)

Can't find a way to turn this off?
