This works correctly on two other Windows 11 devices. v

I've got an issue where the start menu opens up in the middle of my screen on one of my devices. If I move the taskbar back to the bottom of the screen, it opens at the appropriate location. The enhanced classic start menu follows the taskbar as expected. Also, this doesn't happen on two other devices that have SAB.
