  1. That was definitely the culprit, thank you! For some reason, the default value was too long for me and caused sort of distraction. Now that I've changed the parameter it feels way smoother, I see thumbnails instantly, and that's exactly what I needed. In case anyone may be interested: I set my value to 15 ms. For me that's a comfortable option. I left StartAllBack 'precious little animation' on, by the way. Nevertheless, it feels good to know how and where I can disable the animations any time I might need that. StartAllBack is something that really helps. I tried Start11 as well, and that one couldn't even maintain correct spacing between tray icons on a two-monitor setup with 2k laptop screen and Full HD AOC monitor, and it looked just awful.
  2. Thank you for digging into the issue! In fact, it really turn that kind of animation off, along with all other animations, but then I discovered that there's still that super irritating interval between the moment after you hover your mouse pointer over an app running and the moment its thumbnails section appears. Eventually, it seems that it wasn't the animation itself what has been disturbing, it is the delay of thumbnail section appearance in general. Is there any way to adjust it? It seems that actually this is something rather the whole os-related than just StartAllBack app itself. And regarding my take that was insulting for you - sometimes it is a bit difficult to clearly understand what really disturbs you in a particular case. And in this case it was a super irritating delay of the thumbnails' appearance. And what I'm looking for now is how to minimize this delay that slows down my workflow.
  3. Anyone struggling with animations while hovering over an opened app taskbar icon? I wish there wasn't any kind of animation but just a plain appearance of app windows thumbnails, just like in stock windows. I couldn't find any registry tweak to do that, and I remember that before a specific StartAllBack version there wasn't such animation. After updating from likely 3.6.* version to 3.9.* there are now animations when you hover over an opened app icon in taskbar and it's sooo disturbing to me as thumbnails are appearing very slowly. It slows down my productivity drastically and I wish there was a workaround to turn off any kind of such animation. Any advice will be much appreciated. Hope I'm not the only one who has struggled with those irritating animations.
