It is intended to show only on primary tablet display. You have a tablet as a secondary monitor? Yes, but the tablet is sometimes duplicated as a third monitor with either the second or the first monitor and does not appear even though it is enabled to be shown always. What about the options when you right-click on the program icons in the taskbar on the second monitor?

On the secondary monitor, it does not show the touch keyboard icon. When you right-click on the icon on the secondary monitor, the options do not show. When you click the EarTrumpet icon in the system tray on the secondary monitor, the window expands on the main monitor
