The only issue I've been having with StartAllBack is the left area of the TaskBar increasing in size and pushing the contents on the right farther to the right. Other than that, I think this is a life saver, and much more useful than StartIsBack or Stardock's Start11. Being able to have multiple rows in the TaskBar is the most important feature to me.
