I already have the menu bar check marked on the Organize Bar. This has nothing to do with and I can't understand how anyone could confuse my report above of a real bug with check marking the menu bar under Organize. Some how get a clue WTF, WTF, WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤪🤪🤪!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If everyone here is that goddamn f****** stupid, then I am f****** done with this f****** forum.
Bug Report: There seems to be a bug in the reimplementation of the File Explorer Menu Bar in the past several versions of SAB. If you are trying to paste a file in File Explorer and you pull down the Edit menu on the Menu Bar, the Paste option will be graded out. But if you right click in File Explorer, on the context menu the Paste option is highlighted and works normally. Pasting from the Menu Bar, Edit menu is very convenient and it would be great to have this bug resolved.
Wanted to say, Thanks that SAB 3.9.17 fixes the bug that was in recent prior versions, where in the Win 7 Start Menu, that if you have show Settings App items as a menu, the menu was empty.
I'm really glad to see it working again.
DisplayFusion has had taskbar bugs for several versions and even before I have used SAB with it. The DisplayFusion taskbar stops hiding bug was even present on Windows 10 and yes, it is quite annoying. ... If SAB implemented independent hiding/showing of taskbars, there would be no reason to run DisplayFusion.
Yes, I had to figure this out on my PC recently also, as a taskbar on one of my monitors stopped hiding. Are you by chance also running DisplayFusion, like I am ?
Were you able to address the issue of the Menu bar in File Explorer not continuing to display even if the check is marked for it to display? To display the Menu Bar in File Explorer, each time you open it, you have to uncheck to display the Menu Bar, then recheck it to display it. But the next time you open File Explorer the Menu Bar doesn't display even though it is check marked to display.
Bug Report: In SAB 3.9.16 and several versions prior, in File Explorer, if you have menu bar checked to show, if you close File Explorer and then reopen it, the menu bar will not be showing, although the check mark to show it remains checked.
Windows 11 Beta 25H2 bug report: In 25H2 the menu bar in File Explorer doesn't display whether it is check marked or not. It would seem that "MicroSloth" has robbed even more code out of this new 11 version.
Feature Request: Could you please add a Classic (Win 2K, 9x style) Start Menu theme, like Open Shell has. Or can anyone link to a 3rd party Classic Start Menu theme for SAB?
