Thanks - where do I find that setting?

I have the following config: I have ticked "use large icons" under "all programs". When when I go to the start menu and enter "all programs", the icons are very small: The main icons on the left are fine, but the "all programs" icons are small. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
