  1. let Alt+Esc toggle windows in order of taskbar buttons

    Windows 11 provides Alt+Esc hotkey to toggle windows, but the order doesn't match the taskbar buttons. I suggest that StartAllBack overload Alt+Esc hotkey. More precisely, it activates the next button when we press Alt+Esc, and activates the previous button when we press Shift+Alt+Esc.
