  1. So, i removed my hdd from my laptop and installed an ssd and install windows, afterwards when i try to boot from it i get 0x7b bsod, apparently i need a hdd driver for it so please give it or provide me some tips if possible. HDD Specs Toshiba MQ04ABF100 1TB HDD
  2. if possible, is there any way i can install a win7 network driver on my vista?
  3. Well guys. seems like i found the solution to the problem.
  4. if that so why i can boot windows 7 on the same pc without any problem?
  5. alr i understand but what abt the bsod? its still there
  6. thats true. but installing windows 7 in my laptop is as easy as installing windows 10. But with vista i have problems which is why i've posted here
  7. Dixel, i dont think you understand what i am talking abt. like you know the usb and other drivers stored in win7 iso so it has the win7 drivers. the only difference is that it installs windows vista insted of 7
  8. And actually the original vista sp2 iso installs and works just fine but the thing is that it does not have proper usb drivers for my laptop so thats why i did that
  9. So i recently tried to install windows vista onto my modern machine and everything works fine it goes well until it needs to restart to complete the installation but then it gives me a bsod inaccessible_boot_device 0x7b. This was a win7 iso, i only replaced the install.wim with the vista one as vista does not have proper usb drivers. i tried the same with a normal vista ISO and it installed and reached the desktop. but this iso it does not work. Can anyone help?
