OK, Mozilla Firefox allowed the download. I don't know why Google Chrome is blocking it. Thanks anyway. Maybe SmartScreen only works on the "default" browser...?

That's the download error message given by Google Chrome. When I researched it, Google says that it's caused by SmartScreen. OK, I'll try another browser, if you insist.

I got it wrong. It says "Failed - Virus detected." Windows 10 21H1 is much stricter about SmartScreen. It gives no options, and there's no way to disable it, and believe me, I've spent several hours trying everything I can find to disable it, including Group Policy Editor. Also, I have Chrome browser security disabled. All the above solutions were found by Google Search, and I tried every single one of them. Nothing works. See my screenshot.

I cannot download the latest version of StartIsBack from the developer's web page. The error message says “Download Blocked: Virus detected.” Windows 10 21H1 I've tried everything I can think of, including using Group Policy to turn off Windows Defender, but nothing works. Any suggestions?
