    Thank you all for the support. I tried both the mega codec pack and the windows media lite, but nothing, I still get the "cannot render the file" in MPC ...

    Hello everybody, since I installed my new nlited winxp sp2, I cannot play wmv anymore with media player classic (I removed wmp). Not even manually installing wmp codecs (via .INF right clicking), nor installing ffdshow filter. So I thought of installing back WMP 6.4, but couldn't find it anywhere. Does anybody know if it is downloadable at all? Thank you in advance, Melmoth
