hi thanks for your suggestions. i did it but it didn't work. and i also did try anything. i did try to choose Safe mode or Last Known Good Configuration....when that message came up but it didn't work. Or even if i did press the F8 button repeatedly as soon as my laptop started.And also i chose Safe Mode as well.But the condition's still the same.After i chose Safe Mode my computer was automatically restarted again and that message came up again. More over ,when trhe message came up and count down to 0,my laptop automatically restarted over again and again.It keep repeating the same condition like thatover time.I can not even turn off my computer. Is there any other way i can solve it ? I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks agian.

After I uploaded softwares for my laptop , and the computer applied me to restrart my laptop .But when i restarted my laptop the following message was coming up :" " We apologize for the convenience,but windows did not start successfully,a recent hardware or software change might caused this. If the computer stopped responding,restarted unexpectedly,or automatically shut down to protect your files and folders,choose Last Known Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked. If the previous startup attempt was interupted due to a power failure or because the Power and Reset Button were pressed.Or If you aren't sure what caused the problem,choose Start Window Normally. Safe Mode Safe Mode With Networking Safe Mode With Command Prompt Last Known Good Configuration ( Your most recent settings that worked ) Srart Window Normally Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choise. Until Windows starts : 30 " " The number 30 seconds wil count down to 0 and then my laptop automatically restarted again and again.And after each time ,this message was always coming up at a time. And the welcome screen never appeared only once. Anyone can help me with this one please show me. Thanks in advance for anyhelp you might have.

When i am working on ,this messenger service was coming automatically :" Messager from WARNING to INFECTED on 2//11/2005 3:55:24 pm.Warning :Yoru computer is infected with spyware that normal Antivirus programs can not detect! Is your PC running slower than usual? Are you getting popup ads and not know where they are coming from.Visit :WWW.SPYWARE.COM to scan your PC for spyware for free. " this message always cone up. and i do not know this website is a good or bad one. do i have to download this software.And if i don't need to do that so please show me the way to prevent my PC from recieving this message. thanks in advance for any help you may have.

After i downloaded these softwares like Microsoft AntiSpyware,Spybot Search & Destroy,Spyware Doctor and SpywareBlaster from http://nod32.com ,http://downloads.com ,http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html ,http://opera.com to fix the prpblem of spam , spyware ,virus and trojan. My laptop's run slower than before even too slow, sometime it stops running, operating and no answer for my command. The other problem is when i just log on into my computer then the Spybot Search & Destroy software was running and scanning automatically.Later when it finished scanning this warning message coming up :" Some problem couldn't be fixed.The reason could be that the associated files are still in use (memory).This could be fixed after a restart.May Spybot S&D run on your next systerm start". And the problem could be fixed by the name " ISTbar.Slotch" Can you help me to solve it. Thank in advance for any help. Thank you

my computer seems to be mad.I think it's been affecting by some virus or something like that. my problem is : when my laptop is connecting to the internet and when i'm chatting with yahoo messenger the internet was disconnected automatically without my command. also some strange programes or softwares was installed into my laptop automatically and don't even know why. every time when i log on into my computer these softwares always coming up on the screen. can anybody advise me the way to fix this or show me the website that i can download softwares to destroy these virus and spam once and for all. thanks in advance for your help.

I can't log on to Windows XP Home edition due to the following message ,on the welcome screen after i typed the passwrod and the pressed 'enter' button and then this logon message was coming up : "The system cannot log you on due to the following error:The parameter is incorrect. Please try again or consult your system administrator." I recently installed some Microsoft recommended updates and after the required restart I'm now unable to log on. I don't remember what the updates were called. Is there anybody knows how to fix the problem ,please help me. Thanks in advance for any help you may have,
