My Browser Builds (Part 2)

I hope I have posted this in the right place. I use MyPal v28 on WinXP/SP3. I changed "general.useragent.override" in about:config, I discovered the browser presents an old version number which won't install most Firefox add-ons. What version of Firefox is MyPal 28 based upon? How can I change the config settings to permit more Firefox add-ons to install? Thank you for any info.
