  1. With Windows XP---- Right click on the desktop (Display properties). Click on the Desktop Tab. Click on Customize Desktop (Desktop Items). Click on the Web tab. Then enter in whatever web site you want to. I'm not too much more familiar with that. So you'll have to play around with it from there. I hope this helps. I'm not real familiar with Vista!
  2. Check that you have edited the three files: setupldr.bin, PRO1.dat (or whatever you named it(The boot file for the version of windows)) and txtsetup.sif. I'm pretty sure it's the txtsetup.sif that causes this error. Good Luck
  3. Try %AllUsersProfile% and yes put quotes around the whole thing. Depending on the program sometime the shorcuts get installed under the userprofile and sometime under the allusersprofile.
  4. This is actually for Mappoint 2004NA, but it'll work exactly the same way. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=37009
  5. In your boot folder there is a file named TXTSETUP.SIF. Do a search in the file for SetupSourcePath = "\". Chnage that to Setupsource to SetupsourcePath = "Your Install Folder". That should take care of your original problem (NTLDR). That is a great site but it's kind of hard to understand when it's the first time. Try this site it's complete with pictures and all. http://gosh.msfnhosting.com/part1.htm. Just follow those steps until you get it down and then try the other site it'll be a lot more understandable then. There is a lot of info on the tech hints site.
  6. By the way tguy...It's not that you weren't any help. Just that I was to blind to see it right in front of my face.LOL! Thanks again to both of you and to prathapml for pointing it out to me.
  7. Ok I've created quite a few multi-boot DVDs always using a loader.bin,deload.bin, and a diskemix.bin that was supplied by somebody else. What I want to know is , "How do I create them myself?" Hopefully somebody can help me with this or direct me to a web page that instructs me to create the three files. Much appreciated.
  8. Thanks TGuy. Unfortunately that didn't really help.
  9. If windows 2003 is in the root then and WinXP is in it's seperate folder, then it sounds like your win51,win51IP, and if sp1 win51IP.SP1(Idents) need to be added to the root as well as in the install folder (parallel to the i386 folder for windows XP). In the root of your disk you should not only have have the idents for windows 2003 (I'm not sure what they are.) but also the ones for XP as well. Ihope that helps.
  10. OKay...Here goes.I'm trying to make a Multi-boot DVD of Windows XP & Norton Ghost 9.0. I have succeded by putting all the ghost files into the main directory and seperate folder for multiple XPs.I'm trying to put all the ghost files into 1 folder kinda like the multi-boot Windows XP 8-In-1 Disc and all the XPs into another. I'm looking for a cleaner look. Can anybody help me with this.It would be much appreciated.I hope this makes sense.
