    I was able to uninstall after a reboot. So, problem solved.

    I need to uninstall StartIsBack and reinstall it via SimpleClassicTheme. When I attempt the uninstall I get this system error message: "Exception Exception in module StartIsBackCfg.exe at 0006851C. TTaskDialog requires themes to be enabled." Can you please tell me what I need to do to enable themes?
