Hey, I'm running XP SP2 with XPize 4.1 and every time I connect to the internet (with dialup) any program i try to run does not seem to start for at least 1 minute (the HD led is not active so I know the computer is not processing anything). It's really strange, things like Windows Explorer, Task Manager and MS Word all take a long time to load. It only happens straight after I've connected to the net. After 5 mins everything loads properly again. I uninstalled Netshell.dll and the problem has stopped. Anyone having similar problems? This never happened with XPize 4.0. I have a 1.6Ghz Centrino with 512Mb RAM. Cheers, Vishal

Hi there, I use Windows Messenger regularly (basically because it's trim on features and seems to be faster on my computer) and I was wondering if there's any way to stop it from automatically signing in whenever I am online? I know there's such an option in MSN Messenger but I can't find it in Windows Messenger. I allow the program to start up with my computer so it's always there in the background... but I don't want it to sign in all the time. I also don't want to enter my password every time (which would prevent it from signing in). Basically I want that one feature in MSN messenger that I really miss! Is it possible? Cheers, Vishal
