When using the "all programs" option as a menu,, loading is sufferingly slow.. As a link, it fairly snappy .. My preference would be to use a menu or flyout as having everything displayed at once is much easier for navigation .. Maybe an option to cache the programs/directories unless I manually refresh? Just a thought! Many thanks!
